文化影響力

神婆（塔羅神婆音樂網）：
左邊這個畫面是新校舍內讓我最無奈的畫面。我在迫於無奈、忍無可忍的情況下拍了下來！用了很大的勇氣才放上來的！
每次看到都嘆氣、搖頭。不知道會否壽命會因此而短多少年呢？

有次和一個既美麗又時尚的伊朗同學去洗手間時：

伊朗美女（驚訝地）：Have you ever wondered why they put these stickers on the doors? Who the fuck would crouch （蹲）on the toilets?

神婆：Actually, it's quite popular in China. I was brought up not to sit on the seat, like kinda in a half standing-sitting position. But some people do crouch on them.

伊朗美女：Jeez, don't they know that it's dangerous? They can fall into the bowl.

（我們當然是邊想像邊笑，再加上我看過類似的新聞報道。）

伊朗美女（還在廁所裡頭）：In Iran, we don't have toilets, just a hole in the ground you know. （神：uh-huh）It's actually the most natural way to do it. We actually have a pole right beside for the person to hold on to while they are going... for safety purposes... Anyways, these people are doing something that is extremely dangerous.

呃... 加國這間學校內每個廁所內都有這張貼紙的！中國文化真厲害！有一天可能這張貼紙比中國武術更有國際影響力！

對世界某些地方的國民如廁喜好與習慣不大清楚。

關於中國人，使用蹲式廁所已有久遠的歷史，現在國內大部份洗手間仍採用蹲式廁所。由於西方國家的如廁設施都是坐式抽水馬桶，所以對習慣了蹲著如廁的內地人來說，坐著如廁可能心理或生理層次上會因適應不良而引起排泄障礙。為了對抗這“障礙”，他們在坐廁上選擇施展蹲著的高難度如廁姿勢。

雖然，“蹲著”是中國人的特色，但如廁設施的歷史這個東西文化差異，也許養成了國民蹲著如廁的需要。
